Well said 'valleyview' but NOC still rules and has put a gag on CRQE as far as the DGU is concerned until proof of concept and a military contract has been obtained by them.
Now CRQE can still market their side of the deal and find sources such as one of the Cay's in the BAHAMAS for PPA's but still no contracts for the DGU until given the green light by NOC.
