EWRL, Joe's company started up in 2011, the merger with CRQE took place in July 2015, so in the meantime Joe tried his hand at venturing into different avenues of the waste to energy stream with his then established team between 2011 and 2013 at which time they teamed up with Cirque energy and then went forward in a venture with Northrop Grumman to further develop Cirque's DGU.
Now understand all this time CRQE is still classified as a startup having no product or services to sell therefore no revenue just surviving on loans and drainage.
So Northrop Grumman the big powerhouse that it is says to CRQE management we will together finish the development of the DGU and until then no more announcements regarding its release.
Northrop Grumman will be the one to announce the successful demonstration and contracting to the military.
