I know that. Intension of my post was to show that your 23.3% ownership could not be compared with the 18.3% ownership mentioned in BMSN's last 10-Q.
Few peeps here believed that the ownership has increased, while in fact it was decreased to 15.6%.

You think BMSN is undervalued? Obviously the company think otherwise.

On October 2, 2015 the Company issued 382,657,778 of its Common Shares in satisfaction of $63,138 of convertible indebtedness.

On December 15,2015 the Company issued 273,476,806 of its Common Shares in satisfaction of $30,082 of convertible indebtedness.

That means Mr.Koos (the company) in October valued one share of BMSN = 0,000165 ($63,138/273,476,806)
and in December the valuation was down to 0,00011 ($30,082/273,476,806 shares)
