i don't think so. That would be admitting to not having done his DD prior to investing and holding it less than a year in his Patient Capital Fund. It only makes sense for him to sell/buy after the committee reports on the investigation. This would provide the cover. Unfortunately, the share price will suffer for the next little while as world markets are tanking, including biotechs.

I'm holding until news is out - good or bad.
