For you to say this, that says A LOT, especially when you had been one of the biggest supporters of Kevin Jones and CDNL (post 1597 is completely inverse).

I pulled my position the day the 8K came out. I may come back, but it's not looking too promising. The #1 red flag for me... There was NEVER a quarterly produced. Just a bunch of 8ks citing JVs. That to me sounded like fluff.

Time will tell and we're steadfast approaching the end of January when this supposed JV in China will commence. My #2 biggest issue... You CAN NOT find the company that's listed on the JV. NOWHERE online. The internet doesn't have every answer, but in a cyber-active world, it's pretty unbelievable when you can't even find a simple address, article, or listing for a company.

But if you notice with most OTC stocks, they are ALL claiming business in China... That is odd too. Maybe it's because it's difficult to verify the source when you just lost "China" because it has the world's second largest (now declining) economy.
