without, of course, wishing any harm or injury to any place or anyone -- here's hoping this El Nino unloads for all it's worth for as long as it can, all up and down the coast -- and through the Great Basin and the Rockies -- hopefully we'll even see a desperately needed major rebound in Lake Mead
and trust Gov. Brown will keep aggressively pushing water conservation, in particular stopping the groundwater withdrawals in the Central Valley if at all possible once this El Nino has done its thing -- long-term outlook being what it is in anticipating a lot more drought, and all that -- need to make wise use of whatever this bounty is worth and keep working to prepare for future drought
