Ok, I just got here but I'm trying to catch up. I saw the IHeart and Universal PR today on VR and remembered seeing Galaxy couple weeks ago....

Is this Delaware Ceek VR corporation something new? Was the Ceek platform something NXGA acquired, that it's now letting go of, or was it developed under NXGA from the beginning? Is this 8k in other words saying Mary is wanting to take the Ceek VR platform private in her own company? Or am I reading this wrong...
