Let's see if I can dumb this down.

Lawsuit is filed
Defendant has a predetermined time to answer the charge.
As that time draws close to end, plaintiff enters the paperwork of a default judgement.(See definition below, AGAIN)
If defendant then answer suit with respondent filings, the default judgement is denied.
At that point the lawsuit goes forward through normal court process.
Points of facts:
Plaintiff filed
Defendant answered
Lawsuit filed by Asher against DBMM still very much alive!!! Period
