talk about a nightmare and a disappointment, its been posted here many times and I have the same question.

How do people like PQ get away with such obvious fraud ? what kind of system allows evil people like him to fleece investors and then get away with it ?

I have seen stories about investors starting lawsuits to get their money back, is it possible here ?
