Jennifer Ransom is currently scheduled to be sentenced on January 7, 2016 at 9:30 AM in Federal Courtroom 2 in the Boise Federal Building.

Sentencing guidelines call for 70-87 months. Her attorney is asking for no more than a year and a day with probation (county jail time rather than prison), though it looks like she agreed to the 70-87 months in her plea agreement. It is of course up to the Judge and he may take into consideration her cooperation in the case against Don Gillispie who is still on the run.
