Normally I dont buy the ones with higher A/S, but here lately all the ones I have with much smaller A/S has been raising theirs up 3 to 5 Billion. At least this one is already factored in the price. The A/S here has been the same ever since Dec 2013 when the company did a F/S(not R/S). If the company had any intentions of trying to screw the shareholders by constant diluting we would have much more than 150M O/S in the last 2+ years.
