To answer your "waiting" questions:
( dilution ? - I see that Fun In the Sun has just answered that, which has been answered MANY times on this board. NO Dilution. Now I know that the company does NOT want to go down that route, but also, I will not state here that it is not possible either, but I know that it is not in their plans.
, R/S ? - similarly this has been answered MANY MANY times on this board. There is NO RS and there are no Plans for a RS, it aint happening, period. I'd bet they would close their doors before doing a RS (but a RS in the distant future for the good of the company and shareholders would still be on the table, nothing wrong with that).
, missleading information ? - well, this is up for debate - they said that the filings would be out much much much sooner than they have come (yearly one finally came out in November). Obviously this was a SEVERE disappointment for all of us. The question is, was this misleading, that is, did they know it was going to take like 6+ months and stalled or went silent? As already stated, I believe it was a combination of factors that was partially their own fault, but I don't believe it was "deliberate", stupid and poor planning maybe with some bad luck inter-dispersed, but not deliberate.
, true news ? ) - well, there's been very little news period, so it's hard to make a judgement on something that doesn't exist
I hope that answers your questions as best as possible for the time being. I assume most people have just given up on the stock based on the dearth of information and have and will pursue other opportunities, and that is completely understandable, in which case they are not likely wasting time hanging around here, I get that. I for one see the potential and know the players, so I am not giving up. To each his/her own.
