I don't think it matters if he voted or not and he knew if he did not vote his vote in essence would go in favor of LP. He could have voted against but did not. He is not selling now and I don't know why he would. For all we know he is buying. A lot of guessing going on here about everything and most of it is just silly - splitting hairs. We will all know soon enough if all the time, work and money poured into this was worth it. I believe it was. LP and company know a lot more about what is going on with this trial and they don't act to me like they think is failure.
