The investigation is regarding market trading activity, not false information in SEC filings

Could the SEC be investigating the day of the R/S? Someone must of had information in advance. The R/S news came after market close, but the stock had a big decline in the afternoon just prior to the release. The SEC could be investigating the source of the breach. That would involve all communications between the company and the NASDAQ listing office and finally the news service.
