I stand corrected ira and roth have the 30 day rule as you pointed out. I use soloKs and 401k for which it seems 30 day rule does not apply. But everyone should check with ones own CPA or tax advisor. Thanks Amatuer17. My IRAs and Roth were already full of AVXL because I am in the stock for long term investment.
