Thanks Maser. I did spend some time researching Deitz, and see he is one of the largest and most successful hedge fund founders from Russia, with stellar education and magna cum laude in history and economics from Yale.

What do you mean by believing the "World Bank is going to Jump in and finance Madagascar's new infrastructure very soon". Are you talking about roads and port infrastructure, or actually financing new mines such as Molo? Any educated guesses from you past experience on what kind of multiple ENZR can get from current 6 cents price in 2016? Like you said, the float has been thinned out, so any strong news should move us up into the 20-30 cents range I would imagine. We'll see in 2016!
