Something going on that I'm not understanding:

The last I (we?) knew, both sides were scheduled to meet on Jan. 5th for a pre-trial in Judge Abrams' court. Unless something came up, changing the aforementioned, on what grounds might either side make accusations of this sort?

Also, announcing the launching of a discovery process focusing on Mr. Burckhardt is a given. After all, they are suing not only PUGE but also HB. Is this a scare tactic or am I missing something?

I wonder who attended this "shareholder meeting?"
