There's this little thing called Reg FD (Full Disclosure). It prevents people within a company holding non-public information from disclosing it to someone on the outside, without also disclosing it to everyone. While we would all like to believe that Les passed on some information to Jack, take it with a grain of salt. Either Les is not being forthright, or he is simply repeating what is already in the public domain, or the call with Les was fictional or the conclusions are just all about Jack's interpretation of already public information. If NWBO wants to make news, a clear PR updating us is the only real way to go.
