Afford I thought I had clarified any misunderstanding.

I was expecting something groundbreaking in the first quarter next year. Screening halt etc - full recruitment, maybe early approval etc....obviously a toxic cash raise of $12m took me by surprise so I called Les. Call it a very upbeat opinion but that was my belief before I spoke with Les. After my conversation I remain upbeat but realised my timing was out in regards to reaching approval.

i said it was clear to me in my call with LG that is not likely in the near future..we discussed P3 in terms of seeing it through to the end. He never once mentioned early approval. In the context of the cash raise that conversation made sense to me. I did not say Les said that we have to wait for a full year before positive news. I said it was clear to me that the day I was expecting to see in the early part of next year ( when the stock price realigns itself with a company providing standard of care for solid tumour cancers ) is not likely for another year as that is when P3 is likely to be fully enrolled, data collected, reviewed and the FDA likely to make that all important call. At the same time P2 data will be out there for all to see. I meant on that day the shorting game is over and I believe the share price will reach a true market value based on the science.

I did go on to say though the news that Les informed was going to happen in the early part of next year. Thus reinforcing my belief that we will remain open to shorting and thus volatile share pricing ( up and down) and mostly out of the control of the mgt on a day to day basis. Les did not mention a future share price at all but did say they were considerably undervalued against competitors. I believe the shorts will play this right up to the end. Much like they have been doing for the last 18 months.

Les may well be sitting on very positive or indeed very negative news that is not in the public domain but if he is he did not give me that indication during my conversation. My frame of mind in my post was saying " forget about the share price in the short term as it will only stick on a big high when we reach approval"

It's very difficult to capture a 20 minute conversation into a couple of paragraphs and more to the point and with the greatest of respect I don't feel I need to justify myself to you.
