Seems you mixed up a few things.
BMSN's run to .0091 was in 2013, regen divi was in 2014.
During 2013 run the O/S was ~2 billion, per last 10-Q the O/S was OS 4,2 billion.
Although this alone is worse enough BMSN in 2013 was the 100% owner of all the IP, currently all (100%) IP is in RGBP and BMSN owns only ~17% of RGBP (based on the actual O/S of RGBP posted by 1-eye-Jack).
