I suspect you are correct. Meaning they are already out of money again and we will likely see another toxic financing or bankruptcy any day. The 12m wasn't to start Direct phase 2. They received 180m over the last year to continue Direct phase 2 and chose not to.

At least all of us longs can find some satisfaction in the company that we have built. Our investments will live on through Cognate, long after NWBO fades away.
