Happy New Year, looking forward to... Something.

Full Disclosure:
I am long in NGHT with a small number of shares. I have never posted on this board (or any), as I felt it was the best way to avoid getting caught up in the pump and dump accusations that are so common in the penny stock world. However, I have been a shareholder since before the General started posting, more than two years now, and I have kept up on all the messages and SEC filings. Needless to say, I have high hopes for the future.

So, a week ago last Friday, I managed to acquire 1 share at .0035 before my order expired. Yes, just one - add a $9.99 trading fee, double should I want to sell, and I would need to see $19.98 PPS to break even. This is roughly 8,000 percent more than my loftiest goal of a quarter. Small consolation, my broker rounds to the nearest cent, so technically the share itself cost me nothing. No worries, I put in another order for the remainder (at .0037 this time) and adjusted the time in force to the end of the year. Over the course of last week, part of the order was filled. Then, while the market was open for only a few hours on Christmas Eve, some shares were sold for lower, some for higher, and my order was left unfilled. How does this happen?

I am curious to know, and am interested in any news about this company. We are days away from the expiration of 25 million warrants, and as far as I know, out from under any big debt after that. Sure, anything could happen, and who knows the odds on incliment weather? Still, there isn't much to lose. At present, I intend to stay long and I do not plan on posting here again. Despite $20 grievances and a bitter, old heckler, I am verymuch looking forward to... Something.

An afterthought: What is wrong with the people in Texas? I mean, when it floods, why don't you have rubber duck races, like normal people... getting wet never kept anyone out of a foam party, either.

And with that, I wish y'all a Happy and Profitable New Year.
