This is not possible. BIEL does not have FDA approval, the CEO firmly stated there is no reason why approval will not be given by the end of the year. Thus, he firmly predicated FDA approval within the next few days! Obviously this will not happen. Also, BIEL recently increased the authorized share count by 4 billion shares to a massive 15 billion shares! That is crazy!
