If the past is any indicator, we will not hear anything else about the MOU with the mysterious entity in relation to licensing , royalty payments, a JV or any such thing.
If we do it will be that they are still in negotiations, just like the DRDO ( high level even ) , Shorai ( need money ) the "investor" ( 6 million honest ! ), big box retailers ( they love us ! )
