Martin, I'm guessing we won't make it even until Feb.9th. I just don't see the BB's letting it get that far out of their control into a court of law where they stand to lose so much. One can try to settle during a trial when you see the tide turning against you but then you have lost all leverage. With the evidence that has been put on here stacked so high against them, I'm guessing some sort of settlement sooner than that. It would seem the smart thing to do for the BB's. We'll see what they and their legal team decide.
