Assuming you don't dilute the chit out of it on the dumps. If the PPS can't hold up, then you pretend to be "consulting" with the FDA for device approval. As in a little bit of "chit-chat", and that's all it takes for FDA approval. Yea rah rah! Try to get the PPS to recover from the last dump. PRs flying out left and right about the progress of the "chit-chats".
The only hitch is if one of the microcrap dreamers searches the 510(k) database, and discovers nothing is there. Then again, the microcrap dreamers are too busy dreaming, and reading exciting pump posts, to be bothered with a crusty FDA database.
