I hear you. I am here because I still own it. I am interested like you in this deal. What I want to know is how this deal is going to translate to value for the shareholder. Since I have not seen any value go to the shareholder in ages.

I do not receive shares nor see a climb in the pps that would offset the losses I have. My losses are not great but they are still losses.

So like the rest I would like a clear view on how this is going to translate to "value" for the shareholder.
