LOL....this is too funny. I thought BIEL was to get approval by Nov 6...which is 90 days after the submission? Wait, I thought the CEO then said he expects approval by Dec 31? Wait, now you are saying approval will be pushed to 2016?

Folks, no approval is coming. The current situation is simple....folks are pushing out the approval date further into the future when current predictions turn out to be wrong.
