Agree with many of your points, and like you've said, no bashers going to change your position. I Haven't owned my own business, but I do analyze them for a living (not sub penny typically, this one was a mistake on my own accord). That said, there is something significant I would take into account here and look at negatively, that's a company being run by trial and error principles at shareholder expense. In this case, he has no clue what to do to improve fundamentals and is floundering, hence the advisors, good call on that part. But to say historical decision making shouldn't be a factor is negligent. This stock has bad decision making written in blood everywhere you look. It's business 101, look out for shareholder interest. 11000% dilution, 59% toxic notes, ignoring negative profits and lack of vision to fix the issues shouldn't be ignored. I'd continue, but you've heard all the negative, to continue following is the definition of insanity.
