The FDA doesn't care whether Anavex Plus has a patent,

I meant it needed FDA approval, before prescribing.

The relationships between combo vs standalone, marketing with patent protection vs without, partnerships with or without...I am not even going to pretend to be able to figure it out.

I was hoping for a PLUS patent out of this and to "geterdone". I have emailed IR asking for an update on the company's IP strategy to be included in the 10-K. Will post on response.

Time for a little in Missling I trust...and back to most-read.
