No matter the exchange, it will definitely be wise to dump out before RS...the minimum 40% haircut while waiting for trade able shares will bury most everyone IMO. I envision at least a 1 for 200. Also, IMO, Dumb, Dumber, and the Lackey scribe are too stupid to pull off the cancelled RS, but fully expect Fouch's challenged child to present that pump piece to the board soon...
