Q2 deferred is $5.21m (long-term deferred $2.11m) and Q3 is $5.07m (long-term deferred $2.28m), a $140k decrease in deferred and a $130k increase in long-term deferred from Q2 to Q3. Does that mean only $140k deferred was taken in Q3?

Is that what you meant by "we know what the Q3 deferred numbers are"?
