Resolution of Patent now means GO for BP Partnership. We did not need that patent. We may still get it but it is superfluous. This makes the terms of partnership and negotiation platforms much clearer. BP manufacturer will get a little more Dr.VAMVAKIDES royalties a little less. However all parties needed the input of the US Patent Office for clarification of the Intellectual Property. Now that it is out of the way the BP agreement can be inked very soon.
