Actually this might be a matter of unforseen fortuity. But it had to be forseen by by AVXL's brilliant patent attorneys. Therefore it was proposed for a certain reason of fiduciary responsibility.
Now this opens the door for a very advantageous nuptual. Shotgun wedding.

If some call for doom that is when we soon see BOOM! Just my well considered but humble opinion.
