I agree this was partially incompetence and not deliberate sabotage.

I'm not certain what would happen to shareholders if this stock is delisted. I think all we could do at that point is file a class-action lawsuit to try and recoup our investments. I'll let someone else speak to that.

Make no mistake, there is no "fraudulent whistleblower". That term is somewhat contradictory. The SEC investigates suspicions brought to their attention but they will not take action until after they verify the whistlblower's accusations have enough merit to warrant Caveat Emptor to protect shareholders from a companies current situation. The SEC does not suspend a stock based on allegations alone. That system would be far too easy to exploit, think about it. REVO put themselves in this position 100%.

The silence should be the most troubling sign of all right now. There has been nothing public from the company since this all went down. Sometimes silence says more than words ever could.
