I said that at least 2 months ago....

What happened is not so much as a stock being crushed because of sheer negligence...

But a lot of faith and hope was destroyed.

live without food a few weeks
live without water few days
live without air a few minutes

without hope makes life a real drag....

SEC is a bad ass....

could have been worse here for the company possibly.....
