Unfortunately there is nothing that has happened since $1.50 that would dispute anything in your post

Today is it for me, with no news, I am going to put this back up on the shelf and not take it down until after MLK day and then decide if I am going to liquidate or not

Several things have pushed red flags up here the past two quarters

Macro:

The lack of any investor support from management, bad decisions, bad marketing, lack of general business sense evident by the aforementioned decisions and marketing.

Micro:

Flying J was "any day" 90 days ago. Not good

Muni gas, was a 'done deal' October 15th when budget was due in the large county that starts with an M that nobody knows about but everyone does

Last correspondence referenced Canada gas stations and that it would be pumping by today. It isn't

With zero guidance from IR or management, consensus rightfully presumed announcement on Acculife by year end...Didn't happen


Piss poor execution is not a very encouraging indication

If we see news today, ill talk to you soon.

If not, everyone have a great Christmas and a happy new year.

If nothing else, I can add another substantial loss in Q1 for more carry forward.......awesome
