a lot has happened since then...including my being lied to repeatedly by Ron...about how many shares were left from the IRS debacle, and that they "were not going to sell them that low". This was when we were around a buck and a half. There were still well over 2 million left and he told me there were under half a million...after he had told another shareholder at dinner the night before EXACTLY how many were left....I told him I had someone who was extremely interested in buying the rest of the shares...and he said he had several guys lined up to buy the rest of them...he said to not say anything about it, he didn't want it on the boards or anyone talking about it...I started to tell him the shareholders deserve to know the truth...I started to say "the shareholders think...." and he cut me off, saying "I don't give a F--- what the shareholders think"...those were his very words...
