Thank you 007 for old news concerning the STP AG report WHICH the STP gov. has dismissed and which the Nigerian gov. would not support nor co-operate. Notice the "prior to yr. 2001" and this year AND the focus was the MOU. Statute of limitations has expired. This is even more comforting.
