Baja - the second reason context is important. In your very first post you called the board members here boys. Many could deem that insulting or demeaning. But I am sure we all recognized that you were using it colloquially. However, in your post you continue to go on and intimate that posters here are fascist, nazis and immature. So perhaps in context the term boys was meant to be demeaning.

Again this is why context is important. Moderators are encouraged to delete post that name call. I could easily look at your comments in the strict black and white context that you use and determine that you had violated the IHUB posting terms and therefore deleted your posts. Instead I opened up a dialogue (like any good fascist would do).

You also make mention of the countries government (not sure what country) and distaste for it (you give people the impression that you have a problem with rules and authority) which is also in violation of the IHUB rules. They are concerned that it will lead to further comments on that topic rather than on the true purpose of the board.

So while you may think that we are dictators you clearly violated terms of service in multiple ways multiple times as stated in both the IHUB TOS and moderators handbook and we simply opened discussion with you. Not sure how they that makes us unbalanced or dictatorial.

We are also encouraged to delete spam. IHUB defines spam as 2 or more post on the same day stating the same thing. It could also be 2 or more posters slamming a board saying the same thing. And whether you have seen this or not is irrelevant. It happens and is generally a group of individuals slamming a stock in an attempt to drive pps down. This is against IHUB policy. They also encourage users to report them to the SEC. So this is not some "rule" that we as mods made up. If you violate these terms your post will be deleted. That is also not a threat. I could post a very thorough analysis of the difference between a threat and a warning here but I am just going to assume that you really do understand the difference. While you might think that my parking example was accurate you would be completely wrong. Parking illegally is the action and being prosecuted is the consequence. Here then making a post that violates IHUB rules would be the action and the removal of the post would be the consequence.

These are IHUB rules and we are following moderator guidelines. If you have a problem with them I would suggest you take it up with an admin or cancel your account.
