Maxthon Browser... Been using for at least 3 years too. Like it.
Don't know what they are called, those little rectangles whereupon one
may assign a URL (there are about 15 on a page and 3 pages possible, I believe).

Is there any other browser that has this feature?

Chrome has the rectangles, but I have not been able to assign a URL.
