Starcity lawsuit was initiated because they missed the '13 run to .02. They are holding 400+ million shares now, seriously doubt they are gonna miss the '16 run. Those guys are gonna make bank. Starcity is not the only orka whale here, they travel in pods and are about to feed on shorted blubbery seals.
