Wow, that's quite a story. Just why would the plaintiffs be nervous? Especially since the flimsy phony counter claim against one of the "Boom Bros." was thrown out by the Judge?

Just for clarification;

1) The Plaintiff(s) is/are the one(s) filing suit

2) The Respondent(s)/Defendant(s) is/are the ones being sued.

No damages to the Plaintiff(s) could possible occur in a suit he/she/they brought. The Respondent(s)/Defendant(s) would have to bring suit against the Plaintiff(s). Such was tried and, essentially thrown out as it stood with all action against Ol' Joe being totally dismissed.
