All censored patients including the patients that had dropped out have nothing to do with when the interim look-ins take place. The first interim look at the data will happen when 192 events take place. The monitoring committee, at that point, takes all of the data (including the censored data) and looks for safety issues and does the statistical analysis to see if the HR and P value are equal to or lower than the predefined values established in the protocol for that interim analysis.
