Poop, I do recall questioning Tom about that at the time (when it became public) and he pointed out that John Banks SOLD those shares, and then IMMEDIATELY put MOST of the money back into the company for DEBT PAYMENTS that were due.
I remember seeing that in financials at the time.

DO YOU HAVE ANY PROOF of him, or any other insider, of PYCT supposedly 'selling into news', because the only "PROOF", i can find is trum saying "it has to be insiders, because no shorts are being reported"...LOL
