Claiming loss and Louis

Thanks for your reply about claiming loss on my shares of ANV. It is very unfortunate situation that I am unable to claim loss even though the warrants have $0 value and can't be sold. I will follow up with Etrade to see if they can take my warrants away from me.

At this point, am a little surprised about board's reaction to Louis's posts. I don't know if his assessment of the situation is correct or not, but I also don't care what will happen to the Executives and bondholders of ANV. My money is gone, and even if we jail or hang all of them, it will not bring our money back. I can say only one thing - Louis's posts are well-reasoned, articulate and express his views and opinions. It is hard to believe that this "conspiracy" to take our money away includes so many people such as judge and others who may not have financial interest in the outcome of the bankruptcy case. I tend to agree that the executives(as well as some judges) are a bunch of incompetent people who have no business running any company. Giving enough time, Marissa Mayer of Yahoo could drive her company in to bankruptcy. We just have an unfortunate situation where the board of directors are also incompetent.

One last thing I would like to say is life is not fair. No matter how much we scream and complain, some things will not change. Bad things happen to good people and seeking revenge will not make us whole. Could it be the time to learn our lessons and move on? Hopefully our next investments will be much more profitable.
