If Nashville still exist, it's not part of the Healthy and Tasty Brand. The only Grillit revenue we have is coming from the Miami location. We may get a percentage of sales from other stores using Grillit's name (Klein probably doesn't know how much). It seemed as though he really didn't know much about the corporation at all. Again, questions arose where he would beat around the bush and not answer questions directly. I will say that his goal to Buyback stock makes sense. This would decrease our billion plus shares outstanding and potentially land us on the New York Stock Exchange. This plan would land shares well above the $1 mark. If the buyback program happens and we land on the New York Stock Exhange, our positions wouldn't change unless increases in revenue occur. Accounting procedures would be more strict to adhere to and the company would have to release higher quality financial statements.
