You may have a point but I doubt highly that the Nok settlement is delaying the ICC. The ICC as well as the Courts would never resolve anything if they digress on each and every decision because of settlement are agreements after the fact. The ICC as well as the courts allow for evidence up to a certain point and after that it is tough luck. Only in the instances of reviews by higher courts where decisions are overturned are new law is enacted would a person have a fighting chance, but for this arbitration I say the Nok settlement doesn't even come close. Additionally, there are ICC procedures in place that allow for submission of briefs, new evidence, etc. etc. and based on the ICC procedures in place that time was long gone by the time Nok finally settled.
