I'm happy to hear your opinion Jack. I would really like to dismiss some of the issues raised in the Phase 5 report. I take it that you have reviewed the report and have evidence that is contrary to their claims which is why you are confident saying the whole thing is utter fiction. Perfect! So just point out why these claims are rubbish since I seem to be missing something.
Let me start by saying that there are a few items I agree with you on. First, I agree that it's CS to publish a report like this anonymously. However, I don't think that alone warrants dismissal of everything they claim without further review. Sure it's an easy out, but I think it's foolish to do so. Obviously NW feels the say way. Second, their claims about certain posters are ridiculous. Although I have often wondered if NWBO has ever contracted with a marketing/"promotional" firm and what that might entail. Anyway, I expect we can all agree on those two things so no need to waste any time there.
I would however like to look at a few of the other issues they have raised. Specifically the following:
"We suspect Powers controls a clinic providing paid “compassionate” treatments of NWBO’s unapproved DCVax." Which part of this do you find to be utter fiction? Was it their claim that Cognate has operations in Israel under Cognate Bioservices Israel Ltd. and provides treatment of DCVAX L on a pay for treatment basis? What about their claim that in 2014 the Israeli Ministry of Health ordered the center to stop providing treatments due to serious ethical and legal concerns, is that fiction? And the 2013 email from Carol Powers that describes the clinic in Israel. Is that fiction too?
Rather than making this post extremely long, I think I'll break these questions up. This post can be part 1.
Please anyone and everyone, let's debunk these claims since there seems to be a strong consensus that they are all utterly baseless and fictional. It's not like we have any other recent news from the company to discuss. It will give us something to do over the next few months while we await the investigation results.
