BIEL is not going to get FDA OTC clearance. The CEO indicated that he expects clearance by the end of the year, however he already has the truth....he knows why the FDA did not approve.

BIEL still has to dump a ton of more shares....sitting on bad news is in their best interest.

At the end of the year, expect a major sell off in BIEL....the FDA is not going to approve, in fact, they already rejected the product.
